1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AC7 Community website ("the Site"), creating an account, or submitting any information through the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Site or any of its services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of this Site.

2. Independent Ownership & Disclaimer

This website is independently owned and operated by ac7ionman. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Stake.com, Stake.us, or any of their parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates. Stake is a trademark of its respective owner. All references to Stake, Stake.com, or Stake.us on this Site are for informational and promotional purposes only and do not imply any official partnership or endorsement.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Site and participate in the referral program. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if we have reason to believe the user does not meet the applicable age requirements.

4. Account Registration & Security

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

5. Promotional Referral Program

The referral code AC7 is a personal promotional code operated by ac7ionman. Any rewards, payouts, or incentives mentioned on this site are provided directly by ac7ionman and are not guaranteed, backed, or insured by Stake.com, Stake.us, or any third party. Participation in the referral program is voluntary and does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and ac7ionman.

6. Reward Tiers & Requirements

• You must use referral code AC7 at the time of Stake sign-up to be eligible for any promotional rewards.
• All rewards are subject to verification of your sign-up proof as described in Section 8.
• Stake.com rewards require a minimum deposit of $100 and a minimum wager of $10,000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Stake.us users will receive $50 upon verified sign-up, subject to the terms herein.
• A $50,000 deposit qualifies for a $500 reward on both Stake.com and Stake.us platforms.
• Reward amounts, tiers, and thresholds are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

7. Submission Requirements

To participate in the referral program, you must submit verifiable proof that you signed up on Stake using code AC7. Acceptable proof includes screenshots, screen recordings, or other documentation that clearly shows:

• Your Stake username or account identifier
• Confirmation that referral code AC7 was applied at sign-up
• Your sign-up date and deposit/wager history (where applicable)

By uploading screenshots, videos, or other proof, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to review and process those materials solely for verification purposes. You retain ownership of your submitted content.

8. Verification Process & Admin Sign-Off

All submissions undergo a multi-step review process. Preliminary verification may be performed by authorized moderators; however, every final verification decision must be signed off by an admin (Adin) before any reward is approved or denied. No payout will be issued until the admin has personally reviewed and approved the submission. The admin reserves the right to request additional information, documentation, or clarification at any stage of the review process.

• All submissions will be verified before any payout is issued.
• If your submission cannot be verified to the admin's satisfaction, you will not be paid out.
• Being verified by a moderator does not guarantee final approval until admin sign-off is complete.
• The admin's decision on all verification matters is final and binding.

9. Payout Terms & Disbursement

• Payouts are made at ac7ionman's convenience and sole discretion.
• Being verified and approved does not mean you will be paid out the same day.
• There is a limited number of payouts per week and per month.
• A submission may be verified and approved today and not be paid out until up to 5 months later, or longer in exceptional circumstances.
• Payout methods, timing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, bank transfers, or third-party payment services.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Submitting false, fraudulent, or manipulated proof of sign-up
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the referral program
• Attempting to circumvent verification or use automated systems to interact with the Site
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise extracting data from the Site without authorization
• Uploading malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users, moderators, or administrators
• Impersonating any person or entity, including ac7ionman or Stake representatives
• Using the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law

11. Whiskey Ban

The individual known as "Whiskey" is strictly banned from this website. Whiskey is a known scammer and any user found to be affiliated with, associated with, or acting on behalf of this individual will be immediately banned from the Site and disqualified from the referral program. This prohibition includes but is not limited to: creating accounts on behalf of Whiskey, sharing referral rewards with Whiskey, communicating with Whiskey about Site activities, or facilitating Whiskey's access to the Site or referral program in any way. Any involvement with Whiskey, whether direct or indirect, will result in a permanent ban from this website without notice or appeal.

12. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, inactivity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and participate in the referral program immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ac7ionman or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from this Site without express written permission. The AC7 name, logo, and referral code are trademarks of ac7ionman.

14. Privacy & Data Use

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By submitting proof materials, you consent to our collection, use, and storage of that information as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the Site, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

15. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ac7ionman does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ac7ionman BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, THE REFERRAL PROGRAM, OR STAKE.COM / STAKE.US, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE RECEIVED IN PAYOUTS FROM US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ac7ionman, his affiliates, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Site; (ii) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your submitted content caused damage to a third party.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ac7ionman resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of ac7ionman. Any waiver shall apply only to the specific instance and provision referenced.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ac7ionman regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties.

22. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site immediately.
